I've lived here for about a year and a half. What I love about it is its proximity to downtown and the fact that you can walk across the street, down a small hill, and hop on any bus you want to get downtown because it's in the free bus zone. It's also very close to both Qwest and Safeco Field, so it's an excellent location for a sports fan. It's comfortable and Ikea-ish inside, with gated garage parking and friendly staff.
However, there are no frills to the apartment-no workout room, no rooms available for meetings, etc. If you have a package sent to you and you work normal business hours, it is very difficult to actually get your package because the office managers are never there by the time you get home. A suggestion would be to call during the day if you know you have a package and request that they leave it in your apartment. Also, if you're not a heavy sleeper, you may be bothered by the helicopters flying over to HarborView, the trains rattling by near Safeco, and the occasional police officer barking on his bullhorn at people loitering around in the evenings.
If you're a guy, I think it'd be fine for you to live here. But, for girls, you might want to give it a second thought as it's not in the greatest of neighborhoods. Not bad, but not great.
