I've lived here for a couple of years and I really like it. It's not perfect but for the price I pay, I think it's a good deal.

I like having a washer and dryer in my apartment and I like the built in microwave. Also, the color scheme is really nice and modern in the kitchen and bathroom.

I haven't had too many maintenance problems with my unit. The only thing was my washer broke and when I filled out a maintenance request and gave it to the office lady, it was replaced the next day.

I use their parking garage and it is nice that I don't have to park on the street, but I wish the stalls weren't so small. It's hard to get into my space if the cars next to me are parked crooked. AND I always have to watch myself when I get out to make sure that my car door doesn't bang into the car parked next to me.

It can get kinda loud with the helicopters if you leave your windows open. With the windows closed, it's not bad at all. After living here so long, I'm used to the helicopters and I hardly notice it anymore.

The office people are really nice but sometimes it's hard to catch them in the office.

The office picks up any packages mailed to me. But like the other person said in his/her review, it's easier to call them up and ask them to stick it inside your apartment than it is to pick it up from the office yourself. The office closes at 5:00pm and I don't get home until around 6:00pm so they are long gone by the time I get home.

It's nice to live so close to work and shopping. It's a little bit of a walk to the center of downtown (10 blocks) but it's a really short bus ride and the bus stop is only one block away on 4th Avenue.

Like the other poster, I don't like having a Bail Bond Company right next door but I haven't noticed any problem. Mostly, I don't even see anyone in that office. So I guess I can't complain.
