See posting from 4/3 below, I agree 100%, had same experience here (minus the leaking fridge & toilet). If you work between 9am-5pm, it's a real chore to try to pick up a package. And if someone is parked in a garage stall YOU are paying for, you can never get the car towed because only management can do that and they're NEVER reachable after hours. One of the elevators often smells like urine for some reason (dog' human' hmmm'). Oh, and there's barking dogs in here for as an added bonus. .
