I lived in this building for a year. My biggest complaint is the office staff. The current manager has poor communication and is a bit bitchy.

Getting your packages if you work a 9 to 5 is near impossible.

I also had issues with my lease. They claimed I wasn't paying the correct amount every month but failed to look at the lease agreement and the "deal" I signed up for. She obviousloy didn't turn the page to see the second page of the lease.

When trying to move out, they claimed I never paid for my last months rent upon moving in. I had to give her a copy of the receipt. She also said at that point that they needed a copy of my lease because they didn't have one on file to verify that my lease indeed was up. When I went into the office to provide her with a copy of my lease and receipt, I looked at her file for my unit to see that she had everything right there.

Noise is tough at night- it's mostly the helicopters flying overhead.

Reasonably safe. Several people had cars broken into and stolen.

Elevators smell- I think it's from people's dogs.
