Apartment was great, management treated us like kids. Roof deck is not an amenity...don't think you will view the lake union fireworks on july 4th up there. They used to include free parking, then started to charge $100 only to have a plethora of break-ins (and the security camera that they installed didn't catch the thief). The worst was upon move out, we cleaned for two solid nights and ended up not getting our deposit back because the cleaning company claimed it was extra dirty. I told them they ought to get a new cleaning company because they were being scammed. They are extra nice upon move-in but beware...
