This complex (where I still live, but am trying to move out of) is not a good value at all. The office staff is really not good at communicating. "Improvemeny" projects are being done all the time (like paving HALF the parking lot, but dont improve anything. They keep telling me they are going to raise my rent, and have lost several packages sent to my apartment. Overall, an okay place, but I know there is a lot more for your money else where
