This place was awesome at first. Then it started sucking slowly but surely. I do give maintenance credit, they do respond quickly...most of the time. These apartments are falling apart! You will have 5 maintenace requests in only a matter of months. Guaranteed! There are huge rats that infest the 1st floor apartments, and huge junebugs that infest the upper floor apartments. As for the "constant improvements", it's bull crap! There is no warning about any improvements until 1 hour before they start. They have paved our darn parking lot multiple times now. They say it is necessary, but it looks the exact same each time. Definitely not worth the displacement. Break-ins are a major issue. If you have a nice car, don't live here. Also, don't waste your money on a covered spot, these spots have the most break-ins.
Now we can talk about the office staff. Mostly incompetent with a couple of exceptions. Don't get me wrong, they are all very nice, but some of them have no clue what is going on.
Some positive things about this place are the indoor pool (there should be adult hours after 8pm) and the new fitness room (small, but nice.)
I'm an easy person to please, but this place has left a sour taste in my mouth. My advice: don't live here.
