Suffers from weak management

Building are OK, some have nice views but they are old and are not well-maintained. My building had an elevator that was broken for almost two months and the roof leaked so bad that plastic was spread on the hallway carpeting. Constant turnover in the office staff, all with bad attitudes, which reflects directly on the management of this property. Maintenance people are rude and do not respect renters' privacy. Promises are not kept in the office and if you work during the day you'll have trouble getting in the office with their bankers' hours. Dumpsters are overflowing onto the ground most days, a very serious health threat, and rats are present after dark. Management does not make people feel at home and they make you feel like they're doing you a favor if they wait on you. It's amazing that the management has been able to keep their jobs having ruined an otherwise nice facility in North Seattle.
