The complex has been great for me. I moved to seattle from a different state and was not able to look at the apartment before I moved in. I was very pleasantly suprised!

The management was very helpful and friendly. It is safe and quiet (except for a few neighbor kids playing on nice days). The grounds are pretty with ponds, streams and a foutain. It is also right on the bus line so you can just hop on a bus to downtown, Northgate, University of Washington and Aurora with no transfers. It is also close to food stores and freeway entrance. There is almost always vistor parking! What more can you ask for'

There is no mail drop in our building so I take my mail to work, but other than that - I like it here! Plus the neighbors have been really nice and friendly when they should have complained about us.
