This was by far one of the worst places I have ever lived, although some of that sentiment has to do with the location and not the complex itself. The management was unfriendly and unavailable most of the time. The parking was not monitored, and paying for a spot made no difference because everyone parked where they wanted. The nearest restaurants and anything active are in Lake City or Aurora, and it's a heck of a hike to UW, either by bus or car. Do not recommend it.

Amante Pizza and Pasta, Black Pearl, and Starbucks are within walking distance... Also, just because the complex is not close to the UW is not a reason to give it a bad rating... Sounds like a little research (like a map) could have told you that before you chose to move there. |

"Also, just because the complex is not close to the UW is not a reason to give it a bad rating..." A comment like this could only be made by someone who doesn't have to commute by bus. |

"A comment like this could only be made by someone who doesn't have to commute by bus." I disagree. Obviously, you're spoiled if you think a 20-30min bus ride is too long. If you wanted a shorter commute, you should have rented somewhere closer. |
