The place smells. There is hardly ever parking, and a $200 non-refundable deposit'
I had to put in several maintenance requests in the five months I lived there, and it usually took several days for them to do anything about it.
My advice: DON'T MOVE THERE.

Just so you know, mold is your responsibility to clean. You should learn A)to clean your nasty apartment, and B)learn Seattle Landlord/Tenant law, and then come complain...
