Bad mamagement. They already changed at least t 10 staffs for the past 2 years.
They just let UPS return the package is they think the package is too big. Do not even make a call to notice.

ups notifies tenant, not landlords. And Yes, some packages are too big to store in a leasing office for god-knows-how-long please save your petty whining for those who care.

I had a same problem. The management simply do not care. They always want to take easy way.
