I am very very dissapointed about living here. The apartment is decent with minor problems but dealing with the office managers is PITA. They are very rude, lazy, unprofessional, arrogant and immature. If there is a problem with your apartment, basically they will tell you it's your fault. They will not try to help you because they are too lazy to deal with it but they will go out of their way to make feel extra bummed. If you have a package sent to you, I would recommend you have the post office, Fedex or UPS hold it at their location. The office Managers will act like they are doing you a big favor by holding the package at the office and complains how the package is wasting their space. You get better service at any of the fast food joints near by. Living here will give you an extra stress you do not need in your life.

It's too bad about their attitude, but i have to disagree with you about the package thing. I live here and I work in property management with a different company, but you have to understand how annoying it is for you to have to climb over mountains of packages while you wait 3 weeks for the tenant to "get around" to picking them up. Of course they want to discourage people from leaving them there for too long. Apartment complexes will sign for them purely as a courtesy since most people are at work when they're delivered. Just think of how annoying it would be if they decided not to hold packages for people, which they have every right to do. Consider that and next time just hurry up and pick up the package. Otherwise, i have no big problems, only minor apartment quibbles that you'll find everywhere depending on your neighbors.
