I love my apt here. I've been here 2 years. Never had any problem. My apt has a built-in washer and dryer. It's always nice and cool in the summer. The winter is cold because it's nearby the golf course. The cabinet and carpet are new. I think it depends on the building you get too. I really love this apt. The neighbors are nice and helpful.
