I have lived here for over a year. It's been great so far. Never had any problems with the management staff, they are always really nice and polite. Before you move in they make you aware of the golf course, so I think the complains about the golf course are kind of inadequate. The noise isn't bad, definitely tolerable. I have to strongly disagree with the previous reviewer basically on everything, none of the staff described happened to me. I just renewed my lease and they haven't raised the rent, which was nice. Overall, I would definitely recommend this complex. Good and pretty affordable place to live.
