This is the second time i have lived at the Estates.I returened for lot's of reasons.The ammenities are incredible....Four well maintained pools,one of which is indoor.
The staff is wonderful and caring. Kelvin the maintenance tech who is responsable for our building is very kind and helpful,and if you catch him at the right time he will help you carry your groceries to your unit,

Katie is a warm and wonderful person.When i called to find a new apartment i explained to her exactly what i wanted and what i wanted to pay for rent and she came thru!!!
It is nice to live next to the golf course. It is quiet and a forest like seting,very peaceful.

As far as neighbor noise..none herd.Very quiet facility.Also if you rent on the west side of the facility your apartment is alot cooler in the summer,by at least 20 degrees.

As far as stray golf balls...the maple trees take care of that!!!

I give the estates a 10!!! I am not moving any time soon
