Don't let them fool you. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/19/2007 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2007   I have lived here over 5yrs. The beautiful rooftop garden is now dead. The free washer and dryers are always breaking down and it takes weeks to get them fixed. There are 0 amenities and no onsite management. No parking. Rent keeps going up and up and we keep getting less and less for our money. If there are problems with your apartment when you move in they will never fix them no mater what they say. I'm still waiting for them to fix things from the botched renovation 3yrs ago. By the way the front door still hasn't been fixed(over 9mo), it stays unlooked sometimes when you punch in. We had a few break ins and management still hasn't fixed the problem. There use to be a video camera that you could turn to cable channel 61 to see the front door, but they disconnected it. Only upside is most of your neighbors are pretty great, very friendly.
