It is unfortunate that these reviews belwo are so poor. I have had nothing but an EXCELLENT experience here @ the Fairmount. I moved in Nov 2007 and absolutely love it. There is parking across the street in a well lit secure multi-floor garage for $213 a month. The building is secure. there is FREE laundry on 4 of the 5 floors. The neighbors are very quiet - and that is saying a lot since I live right below the rooftop deck! Everyone is friendly. Our manager is excellent - she is there whenever we need her and takes a lot of pride in this building. The rooftop deck is full of beautiful flowers and the view of Elliot Bay and Pikes Market is spectacular.

I love this building and would recommend it to anyone!

Actually -- It's not. I live in #51. I took the pics and I truly love it here, and it's been a great experience. PJ Beasock
