Don't expect your "deposit" back

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
 
In addition to your move-in fee, this building will not return your deposit. To wit:

$110 carpet-cleaning fee
$250 lease-break fee (even though I had a substitute take over my lease with 0 unrented days.)

on top of the $200 move-in fee (which paid for what' not cleaning the carpets)
