parking is always a problem, plus very bad noise from the busy 175th st. next to it. the old manager was a decent mexican lady, she was a decent manager but not they have new manager who has a short-memory and always find excuse and not taking responsible for fixing up thing in the apartment. a lot of people smoke a lot in this complex building, very bad for children or people who cannot stand smoking or become second hand smoker. don't get fooled by their smile or fake 1 month free rent because your security deposit won't refund no matter how you cleaned it up, maybe more bills will follow you after you moved out for remodeling their apartment.
