AVOID!

a total nightmare. For the $1135 ( utilities) we pay, this is a total joke. Do yourself a favor and don't think you're getting an upgrade in lifestyle with the amount you pay. This place seems to me like section 8 housing, but with a nice exterior finish. It wouldn't be so bad if you were in a nice community (Tukwila is horrible, there isn't even a grocery store less than 3 miles away), or cost much less. This is about a $900 apartment from the other places I've been. We have tennants above us, and you can here EVERY step they take. The walls creak and crack, and are paper thin. You can hear people snoring all around you, talking, the washing machine in any other unit sounds like a club rave when it starts going, and the garbage disposals and bathroom fans sound like a jackhammer. The class of people here is low- absoulutely no consideration, throw their garbage in your entry way, the dumpster is usually overflowing, people park in front of other people's garages, they yell, hoot and holler until late at night, peel out of their parking spaces, back into their garages so the exhaust fumes come into your unit, people store cars when they are not even tennants, and basically break every parking rule that's in the lease. That doesn't matter because half the tennants never signed the lease and the management doesn't work to oust those people. There are at least 6 people staying in the two bedroom above us! Maybe 1/2 the time I can find a parking space close to our unit. In the four surrounding units, 2 of the tenants are up til at least midnight every night. And, Interurban has traffic all night, I mean ALL night. I tried sleeping in the living room cause the people above me were loud, it's worse than I-5. This place is, in a word- NOISY.
Parking lot has no lighting, and seriously a couple weeks ago someone was killed and another injured a couple hundred yards away in a shootout at the golf course restaraunt! Nice place to live huh'
On the plus side we have a fireplace, the aprtment is not skanky (I'm not afraid to walk around barefoot), and the grounds are nice. That's why I signed the lease, but when we moved in, and the first night I tried to sleep came, well, that's when I began hating Fester Browns.
