As what's the previous reviewers said, you'll never get your deposit back.
This apartment changed me the moving for cleaning up service and double charged the cleaning service when I moved out. I don't know whether the next tenant of my apartment will be changed move-in cleaning fee which was actually paid by ME!
The staff there lied about it. When I called him, he said the move-in fee includes the cleaning service, then I said why I still get charged by the cleaning fee when move out, he denied what he just said one minute ago.

I also have to pay the wall painting fee even though the wall was completely clean and clear!

Before I moved out, I asked the staff how about the utility bill including the electricity. He told me the leasing office will take care of it and I do not need to deal with it by myself. So I paid the last month bill to the leasing office nearly 100 dollars. Guess what' I still received the electricity bill from the electricity company and told us my account was still open and the no one paid off the last month bill at all.

Don't trust them! If you want to keep your money safe, never rent an apartment like Fountain Court!
