Staff is helpful and understanding for the most part. Although this isn't the poshest property in town, they always have a project going on so they work hard to keep it cleaned up. The residents are a mixed bag of working people from a vast array of nationalities and backgrounds. Some are very mindful of others, are polite, quiet and keep to themselves but some are apparently uneducated and lack common social skills. They'll party for hours right outside your window, yell, holler, have hoards of people tromping past the apt. If you value quiet, this might not be the place for you as I have had persistent problems with noisy, inconsiderate neighbors in my building. However, other parts of the complex are fine...the further you go back into the complex the worse it gets. Also, there have been numerous car break in's and every so often you'll see a plain clothes or not so plain clothes cop cruising or staking out the back parking lot as it is a popular dumping ground for stolen vehicles. I like the complex overall but am looking for somewhere quieter with more considerate neighbors.
