Fourth Avenue West Apartments

Not the best, not the worst From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/19/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I am thinking about moving, there have been issues in the neighborhood with car break-ins and noise from construction. There is no on site manager and they are hard to reach, do not respond to calls and do not seem to care about tenants.
