Fourth Avenue West Apartments

One of the best apartments I've had From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/12/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008 1 response   I've been living in apartments from Boston to LA and Seattle for 10 years. I've had a lot of terrible managers, terrible maintenance people, managers that won't give anyone their deposit back, managers who lie about the apartment to get you to move in and plenty of other bad experiences in the past. The past 3 years in the 509 building have been great. Cynthia was a great manager and so is Deborah. I've never moved into a building that was so immaculate. The grounds are always well kept and Cynthia cleaned everything before we came, drapes, windows, sinks, countertops, floors etc. You don't find that often in apartments, trust me, I've lived in more than I can count. For the most part we've had very little maintenance issues and when we have, they usually come fix it in a day or 2. I've always been surprised by the high turnover because I've found this to be a great place to live. I'm moving now but only because I'm leaving Seattle, otherwise I'd definately stay here longer.
