Fourth Avenue West Apartments

Going to move soon From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/22/2008 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2008   In the time I've lived here, I have constantly had problems getting maintenance done (my requests have been ignored or lost). The maintenance I have had done usually needs to be REdone, and my apartment is always left filthy wherever the work was done (like mud on the carpet where they came in and out.) There are big gaps where the windows close, so I get lots of dirt and spiders inside. I had peeling paint for over a year - it was actually cracking and flaking off the window sills, and I had to request that it be fixed three times. This place goes through managers like nowhere else I've ever lived. The current manager is nice but doesn't seem to do much, and the building owner is very, very cheap. The walls are quite thin, and although thankfully I have great neighbors, I can hear EVERYTHING. I wouldn't recommend this place.
