Great Location, Loud Apartments

The views on the S side of the building of the city and Mt Rainier are amazing, although they also mean the apartments get VERY hot during the day. Plan to have fans and the windows open all the time. The furnishings are low-end (hotpoint) and the floors are very thin, you hear every step from your upstairs neighbors.
