On one hand the Frye fosters a community feel with numerous "all tenants" functions such as the Thanksgiving get together this year. It was catered and very professional. In general I would say that most of the tenants are friendly, helpful and respectful. On the flip side there are some issues that I could do without. I of course realize that anytime a large group of people are thrown together that there will be problems and friction. For instance my life was recently threatened over a seemingly ridiculus incident. The person appears to be an alcoholic who tends to 'rage' a good bit and I am not the only person whom has had run ins with this individual. Also if one is trying to stay clean and sober..well let's just say it would be quite hard to maintain sobriety in this place. That's just my opinion of course. The staff are for the most part friendly, helpful and respectful. I have no plans to move right now so I suppose based on that I would give the Frye Apts a cautious thumbs up.
