Rent to high for the size and location of apartment

I think the rent is too high ($934.00 for a 2bdrm 1bth) for where the location (North Burien/White Center area). I've been here since 2005 and there has been 3 different managers. The new manager that is here now is nice. The only bad part is that families with little children on the top floor and they make too much noise.
