Ghetto Terrace From: aptenvy Date posted: 9/14/2004 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002   I lived at Gilman Terrace from summer '00 to Summer '02. The only reason I stayed was because the cheap rent. It was ghetto. Cars were always getting broken into, sketchy people lived there, and I felt unsafe. It was so loud, and the landlords never did anything about the noise. The reason I finally moved was because I had enough with hearing this one woman scream at her boyfriend. It was awful - a complete ghetto.
