Great property/new management
I recently moved into Greentree Apartments and couldn t be happier! The leasing staff is the best I have ever worked with! Jay showed me around and Liberty helped me with the paperwork. They offered me a move-in special of $300 for the first monthā¦Ā See More >anonymous

I see nothing has changed
Dear current resident of Greentree, I too was new to the Seattle area when I took my first lease with Greentree. I was lured in by the specials and low rent as well, but that was before the property went low (no)income. The gang (andā¦Ā See More >anonymous

I'd rather live under a bridge...
I don't normally publicize my opinions to the world, but since this property hasn't been reviewed in over a year, I will share my opinion for what I hope is the greater good. I am a current resident of Greentree. I am, in fact, writing thisā¦Ā See More >vanbooty99

DO NOT MOVE HERE!
These apartments are not a good place to live. they charge way too much for rent because most people who live here are on section 8, so they call it "low income housing". A two bedroom is $940 which doesnt sound bad, but considering thereā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Don't move in unless you are one of them
The new residents here have no common sense, no manner, no brain, no education, and no jobs. They sit in their car in the parking lot, talk loud and play music all day and all night. Live on tax money and all theyā¦Ā See More >greentreeeval

This is not where you want to move in.
The apartment facility, neighborhoods, and the management got much worse since the change in management. They turned the apartment into low-income houseing, and many hard-working and good people moved out. Instead, whole bunch of unbehaved people are moving in. They takeā¦Ā See More >anonymous

OK place
I lived here for a year and my impression of this place is not that great! The rent kept raising with no improvements. You have little time to take a shower ( i guess water tank is not that big); laundry... never ending problem ,ā¦Ā See More >celtglen

O.K.
The rooms are average size. Lots of abandoned furniture in laundry room. Next to Skway Park. Not the greatest park in the world. Also very hilly to get to. The surrounding area is known as the Skway neighborhood of Seattleā¦Ā See More >dogstarboy

A Great Seattle Hide Out
I lived here back in 99/00. I was in Grad School and going through a divorce and Greentree provided a great space to recover and regroup. The apartments are huge, clean and afforable. Like a lot of place is the Northwest theā¦Ā See More >anonymous
