After 4 years here in a 1-bedroom, I'm leaving WA to move to NY and can't find any place online with the ratings of The Guinevere. And they're valid here. I've lived in similar complexes in several states and never found one as well-managed as this one. Maintenance calls are responded to within a day; the bulding is safe; underground parking is secure; the staff is always congenial and responsive. Seattle grows increasingly expensive, but cost here is worth it.

Being on and near arterial streets provides some traffic noise, but it's moderate. The buildings themselves are well sound-proofed.
