everything was OK, except for some noise coming from cars from 85th street

Lived at Guinevere apartments in 2008. New complex, good management, fast and proper maintenance. Price was only $965 for 1 bedroom with washer/dryer in apartment - that was great.
About the noise -
Our windows did not face the 85th street directly, but we could see a part of that street across the yard and heard too much noise coming from cars. Police/Firetruck sirens can be heard several times a day. But that's mostly a problem for apartments facing 85th street. We stayed several nights in another room facing courtyard - and it was absolutely silent there during nights. So, I'd recommend to choose rooms facing the yard.
We lived on top floor and never heard any neighbors.
Parking was great, lots of space.
Can't say much about grounds. There was a courtyard with BBQ areas, but we never used it.
There's a nice small park 2 minutes (walk) away from the complex and Safeway (5 minutes of walk).
In general, I really wish we could find anything similar in SF South Bay Area. Even $1600-1700 price range can't buy something like that. :-(
