Living at Guinevere was a great experience for apartment living. The Staff is very friendly and the property is always well kept. I had a studio on the top floor over looking the courtyard and never had any problems with noise nor problems with noise from my neighbors.
Parking is $25 for the first spot in the garage which i found to be cheap for Seattle living and there is plenty of spots to park, although some of them are a little tight. They have a monthly newsletter to keep you up to date on stuff going on around the property and the Seattle area.
The grounds are always kept clean and with a park, coffee, bank and grocery store near by you are within walking distance of everything.
