It was clean, safe, and the services were average. There was constant noise of the construction that was going on during the day time, but I was towards the street side. The parking place was also not adequate, especially, if you return a bit late in the evening. My one bedroom was tiny and the dining area was really small. So, I would say it was overpriced for its value. They let me choose a wall color for one side of the living room area and I thought that was a nice idea.

The regular day time apartment mangager was helpful and friendly. Although, I found the other manager who sometimes used to come to supervise not so customer friendly. When I was dropping the keys with this manager before leaving the apartment for the last time, he had a prospective renter in his office, and he could not get me out of there fast enough.
