Very Poor

Halmar apts are overpriced by about $250 per month based on apartments in Seattle of comprable quality.

Walls are paper-thin and the management has no regard for who moves into the building (i.e.

druggies, drunks, wife beaters), creating a very noisy atmosphere.

They allow 4 people to live in the 1br apartment above me and create countless disturbances until the wee hours of the morning.

Building has roaches (addressed by handing out cans of RAID to the tenants).

Maintenance requests are timely but not professionally handled, the equivelant of a band-aid for a broken bone.

The manager Connie is nice but out of her league and unequipped by RP management to deal with the very poor quality and of the building.
