great overall! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/4/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   We moved here from the east coast. With the move in specials and seattle's reletively low cost of living, it's a great value. The location is fantastic for transportation and places of interest. we have a high west facing apartment with great views and sea breezes. The apartments are very soundproof and the service is great and convenient. I love living here.
