Stay Away From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I am a current resident. I agree about the power outages..dec 2006 due to electrical issue...no power for 3 days and no compensation to the inconvenience. And now Jan 2007 more than a week of no power again due to a fire accident...the compensation is only 5 days off the rent which is very little if you add up all the inconvenience you have to put up with. So stay away from the SE tower. They have too much issues in this bldg. I am planning to re-locate to another tower.
