	I've been looking all over Capitol Hill for decent apartment but within my price range (in this horrible economy). Fortunately, I found what worked for me at Harvard House and couldn't have found a better deal! Remember, location, location,location.

	Lots of noise.. parties, music, and people running around the place. Smells funny, and dark as an alley.
