This place is by far the worst place i have ever lived. When i moved in they would only let me sign a 6 month lease, which i did not think too much about, but now the reason is clear. Every 6 months they jack the rent up another 10%. I have compared the size, quality and location of my apartment here with many others and i am paying about 300 more then i should and this is sure to just increase without fail every 6 months until i have to move. When i moved in there were a few issues about the maintenance in my unit, i asked 4 time for the problems to be fixed...nothing. I finally fixed them myself. There were also countless times that the managers felt the need to paint or do random things in the building that did not need to be done and just inconvenienced the tenants (like propping my door open all day so my pets had to be locked up to paint the door the most disgusting brown color). The management seems nice but the way that i have been treated says otherwise. Unless you want every possible penny that you make each month squeezed out of you while dealing fake, syrupy managers do not live here!

I have lived here for 2.5 years, and I couldn't agree more. They are ripping everyone off.
