Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
At first this apartment seemed ideal, and was pretty clean. But soon after moving in, my roomate and i found out what a hassle it is to live here! the manager is absolutely horrible; he is constantly messing up our bills and payments, he is extremely rude, he takes forever to complete work orders, and isnt very prompt about any issue. besides having to have our carpets 3 times to remove the cat smell (which never went away), the apartment has been fine except for mold in the bathroom. Trust me, not worth the trouble for this apartment!
