I have lived here for four years and the property has gotten a lot better. The new owner took over in 2006 and has spent a lot of money fixing the property up - it is better than other similar cost apartments I have seen. I am posting only because I thought the other posts were less than fair. I have friends that rent at other complexes and their experience is far worse than mine. Overall I think this is a reasonable place to rent.

reasonable value? When the rent goes up $200 per month within the first year of the new owner? Hey happy tenant Im glad your income was able to accomodate that - congrats.
