Hillcrest Apts. are an amazing place at an amazing price!

The Hillcrest apartments on Magnolia were such a delightful surprise.

I happened upon them accidentally while searching for apartments via on-line.

I had been searching on Eastlake and Queen Anne, but the minute I stepped into the apartment I knew I had to live here.

The unit boasts a generous 850 square feet of living space, deck, fireplace and separate water heater.

There is PLENTY of closet and storage space - in addition to countless other amenities - INCLUDING parking! The bedroom has enough space to be two bedrooms, and would probably be the case in the neighborhoods I was originally searching in.

The manager, Richard, is extremely helful, informative, and accomodating - making my transition here very, very easy.

Did I mention the pool' Enough said, I'm sure :-)
