I have lived here two years and I haven't had very many problems. There have been a few management changes that didn't go that smoothly, but for the most part things are as to be expected. Instead of raising the rents, in August of 2008 they installed radio signal operated water meters on each apartment. Now the tenants pay around $50 per month for w/s/g.
