I lived in Husky Court from during the 2007-08 school year in the "B" building. From my experience, this is the "quieter" of the buildings; "A" is roughly 2 feet away from the frat house next door. Request "B" if you are interested in the building...

Overall, it was one of the cheaper "studio rooms" in the U-District. Very close to campus, I could be in class in less than 10 minutes. The building is newer and actually feels clean; when I moved in, it was evident that the carpet and all surfaces had been thoroughly cleaned. One thing though, the walls are super-thin; at times I could hear my next door neighbor's entire conversations among other things.

Management was always really friendly, cooperative and saw to any complaints fairly quickly. They weren't always in the office, however, during posted business hours. Also, I received my entire security deposit back, a first for me.

Expect a stay at Husky Court to be noisy; you're on Greek Row. But it's clean, close to campus, and one of the cheaper options of its kind.
