I lived at the Iliad for two years. Besides having the luxury of renovated apartments (with track lighting, marble countertops and brand spankin' new appliances) what makes the Iliad such a great place to live is the Managers, Mike and Fran. Both are honest, straight-forward, fair and pleasant to talk with. Also, as working artists (3-Dimensional Design and Painting) Mike and Fran are supportive of the arts and those who make it. I felt safe, secure and never like I couldn't find them.
