Get Out Now From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/10/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   Landlord is a slum lord. Rents are high considering the level of noise and dirt due not only to contruction but tenants whom the landlord refuses to address. Recently, assuming due to the economy he has started to rent to seemingly first time renters and questionable lifestyles. Walls and ceilings are paper thin. If you like the sound of construction on 99 at 3AM, parties that last til 6AM and neighbors bouncing and vacuuming over your head - go for it, otherwise definately stay clear
