Yo!

It's HORRIBLE!

Isherwood used to be a really nice building with polite neighbors and a friendly quiet environment. That has changed. Now, you can pay $1100 per month for noisy and rude neighbors, construction on 99, and if you live in the back of the building, you have a great view of a dirt pile with city equipmenet on it (and yes, this dirt will make it's way into your house). It's horrible. The landlord is a leech and you'll pay your own water/sewar/trash. You'll have to manage your own problems (mold, appliances not working properly, neighbor conflicts) and deal with dog poop on the premise. With the abudance of rentals in the city - there are many others to choose from. This place bites big time.
