Great place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/1/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005   Great location on a fairly quiet street. I didn't face 99 so didn't have any of those issues that others mentioned. The managers were always easy to work with and responsive to maintenance issues. I never dealt directly with the landlord but generally liked the way the building was kept up. Rent price stayed the same the whole time I lived there and it was very affordable.
