Great apartment and AWESOME building owner/managers From: heatherjanetcraig@yahoo.com Date posted: 5/1/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Just recently my roommate and I found an apartment at Isherwood. We went through the rental application process and were approved. Less than a week after signing the lease, we had moved in a few boxes and later a fire broke out in the kitchen while no one was there. There was extensive damage to the unit and it needed to be remodled from the studs. The buiding owner decided to pay the entire deductible for the building's insurance policy, a sizable amount, out of his own pocket. He returned our full rent money and deposit, and has offered to re-rent the unit to us when it is completed. To say he has been fair throughout this whole ordeal is an understatement. In our dealings with him, he has proved to be not only very kindhearted, but very reasonable.
